How is White Supremacy Culture showing up in your FORJ School Organizing?

White supremacy culture characteristics shape our school justice work and FORJ event planning. In this workshop, we will look at school FORJ events and organizing through Tema Okun’s model.  We will raise our awareness of how we perpetuate white supremacist cultural norms that undermine our effectiveness as leaders and people committed to creating inclusive and equitable spaces. This meeting is designed with leadership in mind though open to anyone.
